⁵ I ^(A)wait for the Lord, ^(B)my soul waits,
    and ^(C)in his word I hope;
⁶ my soul ^(D)waits for the Lord
    more than ^(E)watchmen for ^(F)the morning,
    more than watchmen for the morning.
⁷ O Israel, ^(G)hope in the Lord!
    For ^(H)with the Lord there is steadfast love,
    and with him is plentiful redemption.
